How to Order

• Print this order form and mail your photos to:                                                                              Seton's Specialties Box 336 Cary, NC 27512 
• Call the studio 919-468-3111 to place your order, or if you have any questions.
• E-mail your photos to:setonspecialties@aol.com  (Please keep the file size small.)
• House ornaments and family portraits: please include a color photographs, which will be returned, and denote the colors of the house, front door and shutters. Your design  can be personalized and created in either a snow or spring scene.
• Memory Items, please call the studio to make your reservation. 
  
• A Memory questionnaire will be mailed to you and photos needed.
  
• Gift certificates available for all artwork.
